It is wise to bribe your downline with TC credits, gift certificates or other incentives because then ( at least serious ones ) put more effort in their work in SFI.
That results with new affiliates and grows your downline as well as their own.
Like in every business method or some kind reward pays off.
Also placing contests brings people to work harder and fight to win prizes,
it's human nature to aim to achieve more.
It is most affective with placing contests for wining TC credits, set your contest
and your goal for what you expect of your affiliates to do, set amount of TC credits
they can get if they achieve that goal ( become team leader is best way for everybody)
Affiliates will be motivated to get free TC that you're rewarding them and they will
try to fullfill that goal.
In the end most of them will follow your idea of contest of that kind and will make their own, in that case you get chain reaction of satisffied affiliates in your downline!
It is very important to talk to your PSAs and your CSAs and establish trustworthy comunication so in that case you can get an idea what they need and what is imortant to them so you can form your contest in more affective ways!
So, to conclude, more you give, more you get back in the end!
