Bribe means something given in exchange for influence or as an inducement to dishonesty. So I would not want to agree with the word 'bribe'. Rather you can encourage your downlines who are not working to get up and go and for those who are working to put in more efforts. This practice, I think ,will enhance cooperation and team work which will promote the business. The downlines will see in you true leadership quality and they will have true sense of belonging. So dont think when you encourage your downlines you are bribing them. You only give them incentives.
