According to my experience the most important thing in this SFI job is a team work, you cannot lose cause we work for each other not just for ourselves. That means you’ll not just get moral support, you’ll get instructions, advice at any time, financial help, for example, in a way that if you’re in a lack of VP (Versa Points which are needed to confirm your status) your sponsor, co-sponsor, up – line member or somebody else from your team will help you. There are many different ways to do it: through giving TC (TCredits), GC (Gift Certificate) or on many other ways your affiliates or customers can be rewarded. It is important to keep each other active. Their success is your success, too and opposite. I think that is the most important fact here in this job which should be explained to new possible members to gain their confidence. To conclude there are 3 key words which should be explaind: support – team work – confidence.
