If we want our downline to sponsor we need to show them how! We need to show them that we are willing to help them out because if they don't make money we don't. If we want them to make money we need to show them how.
SFI teaches that this business is more about building people than business. We need to teach our down line how to think. It's imperative to think positive 200% of the time no matter what. We need to teach them that they need to show us they're interested so we know that our efforts won't be wasted. It's quite simple. If they are almost to the 1500VP and they've been on on your movers tab the whole month and you've watched the grow than it won't be bribing. It'll be a gift that won't be wasted.
