- Do you want to achieve your full potential of being an SFI affiliate?
How bribing affects your network and team building:
- You’re building a downlines that will depend on your giving of Gift Certificates (GC), TCredits and other incentives.
- Your downlines will develop a habit of “do the job and get rewarded” without understanding the true sense of what SFI all about, especially the process of Duplication. You’ll need to invest more on purchasing GC and TCredits as your team grows.
- Your downlines will not become independent and self reliant, because they have developed this mindset of expecting reward and incentive every time they do something, whatever you ask them to do as a Team Leader.
As a Team Leader you can’t allow yourself to practice bribery and bite you. If you want to be successful in SFI, you need to be open and honest in dealing with your downlines. Build trust in your team. Offer rewards/incentives only when it is worth giving it. Emphasize to them that there is work involved and you are there as their Team Leader to support them fully.
