I look at long-term goals as yearly goals. What are your goals at the end of each year or particular number of years. When you are able to know where you want to be after a few years then you will be able to set your long term goals.
SFI gives you an easy way to set your long term goals. What you want to be doing in the next 3-5 years and so on. How much you want to be earning per month after 2 years. If you want to own your own car and house and maybe start your own dream business. What your position will be by then. I personally will want to achieve the level of a platinum leader in my first year in SFI. Also I want to get at least 100 PSAs. Those are some of my long term goals that i need to work to achieve. You have to set something that challenges you.
