Firstly, I have to disagree with you for using the word “Bribe” when we assist and promote our own Downline Mmebers to achieve the success. Please note that, we are neither assisting any outside people nor doing any wrong methods by assisting our own members because our team members are the backbone in our team and without their success, you can’t imagine the success nor be able to sustain for long in the system.
Often, even our active members may face difficulties in reaching the status of EA or more every month due to various factors and in that case, as their leader, it is our duty to help them to achieve the status and it will certainly make them motivated to work hard to become successful further. After all, if they succeed, as their leader, we are also getting various benefits in return.
I don’t think the transfer of TCredits is a viable option because of its limitations and Gift Certificate will be the best available option to make them progress and successful. You should set a limit yourself while giving the certificates and you should clearly make them accountable for your assistance and they should work more towards the success there after. I don’t think they will come back to you and bite you because most of the affiliates will consider your help as a blessing and it will give the much needed momentum to work more and reach the summit.
As far I am concerned, whenever my team members achieve the status of EA or more every month, I use to give them new PSAs as an incentive and it always works for me and producing the desired results. In case, if someone ask me for help for some reasons, I use to assist them with Gift Certificates so that they will not lose the concentration and belief in the system. I never experienced any type of difficulties in managing my team members despite of giving them the prompt assistance and they have never taken me for granted for assisting them seldom.
It is in our own hearts and attitude, how and when to assist a member in our team and it also to be noted that the assistance and benefits should be mutual and pleasing.
