I think it really depends upon your current situation within SFI. If you don't have many active Affiliates but with to attain Team Leader status, then you may wish to use them in a Pricebenders Auction to gain valuable VersaPoints towards your target. I would suggest in this case you bid on auctions for more TCredits then if you win, you are adding to your "revenue".
If you have a very active team, then a good way to utilise them is to reward your members for a job well done. There is currently a limit on how many you can give each person (you can apply to have this increased somewhat) so you cannot do this on an ongoing basis for the same achievers.
You can also enter the various competitions where the entry "fee" is a TCredit. This adds to your VP total and also gives you the chance to earn more.
