The retired person may also be in the same boat as the homemaker because of their income. But yes they are a little more experienced than some homemakers. Depending on their background in business or marketing.
Retired people may have more connections out there than homemakers. However if homemakers have children then they have a lot of connections out there too.
I think both have the same chance at their targets demographically.
