In response to your question of what an ECA should do and not do in the first month here is my answer
DOs
a. List your products
b. Properly describe your products the best you can.
c. Connect with other ECAs and Afilliates.
d. Thank those that are connected with you.
e. Advertise your products in social media
f. Ensure that supply costs to other countries have been determined.
g. Your arrangement with a drop shipper or personal shipment details are rock solid.
h. Adequate stock of products you're promoting.
DON'Ts
Not doing the DOs listed above should be avoided.
