Join at least 4 social communities like FaceBook and Twitter.Then join at least 2-4 business communities.
Use the same picture everywhere.Put up the same profile everywhere.Look successful before you are successful.
Do not use the social and business communities to just blast your ads.Put some biz tips in there and then place one ad.People will look forward to your posts.

Favorites: List your traffic exchanges, safe-lists and other ad places.This will save you time when you place your ads daily or twice a day.
Don't forget to send a invatation to all your referrals everywhere and do all your contacts in all your e-mails.Most e-mails only alloe you to send 10 at a time.Make it a BCC e-mail.( blind carbon copy).
