Accept messages and suggestions cordially. Advertise your store in social areas, your blog/website so that you can build your customer base. Be prompt in fulfilling your orders and queries.
Review your return policy and encourage customers to send a review of delivered products. Ensure your inventory is adequate and be honest with your customers in offering specials or discounts. Continue to upgrade your store presentation (logo, welcome message, etc)
