What should an ECA not do for their first month?Waste time!!this is my answer.Reasons being you are new to the platform need to inform all SFI affiliates what is in store for sale. by means of stream you need to become known.Then take your store to the Universe show perspectives what is also available for them.
Some considerations ECA s need to NOT do
1....Pricing......Not too high just with your competition never over remember you are new and now trying to build a clientele!!
2.....Never advertise products not in stock!!Need to rank in terms always available be reliable.
3......Never delay orders Be efficient
4......Always do a follow up.
5..... Never delay esquires in terms of shipping cost if any, weight this needed if delivery is not available for prospective might have to use shipping agents like FED X etc.
6.......Never be dishonest in terms of warranty refunds and replacements.
Things to ALWAYS DO
1.......Always keep prices within your competitors range and even better offer discounts.remember you are trying to draw people you can even offer deals like if you purchase x you get this free/or purchase 3 or more of x and you get 1 free.Encourage perspectives to shop.Just offer Bargains.
2......Always have what your are promoting in stock.Keep replenishing stock.,this can be done by monitoring sales of item.
3......Be punctual with orders .Be reliable.
4......Be always HONEST.treat your perspectives as though it is you making the purchase
5......Always Thank your customer.Place a little thank you note in package to be delivered with the return address/warranty etc.
As an ECA you come into to business to make money think and behave like a BUSINESSman!!!
