I think it means to recruit your downline, read everything you can, look to your sponsor for help if needed. As your downline grows so will you. Duplication is the key. Learn how to duplicate.
Stay focused, don't give up, advertise as much as you can every where you can in order to recruit as many new people as possible. It takes time though. Don't expect to make money for a couple of years at least.
