I believe ECA's should focus on the basics, read one Launchpad a day, take their time to do a lot of reading to learn all about SFI there is to know. They should study the training lessons one at a time. Look to their sponsors for help and participate in the Forum for answers, or even ask SC questions. They should treat it as a business because it is.
They should not do the following: They should not hurry through the basics or the Launchpad lessons. They should not buy a lot of products just to get VP's. Instead, they should focus on learning the business one day at a time. The points will come as they work through the readings and lessons. They should not give up because it is not a great rich quick scheme. They should not do any bidding on auctions until they know what bidding is all about and know how to bid in order to win.
They should stay focused, work all red tabs daily.
