SFI is not about recruitment only but also learn and teach they way who is following our Great Earner. Without duplication we will not be success at any cost.
As a sponsor,it is your responsibility to check out on whether duplication happening in your team,and motivate them by sending weekly group email with useful tips and that your team need to do..you will need to keep in touch with your team members,and routinely check their VP Ledger,and genealogy to check out who is logging in daily,and assist them
