Make them realise that they stand a chance of gaining monthly income stream from their affiliate up to 12th generation when they duplicate and also on their CSAs they can earn matching VPs on every VP they earn.
Assure them that they can make money on-line with time as they are consistent with the does and don'ts of the business.
Make sure you send them weekly news letters with words of encouragement.
You can also encourage them by re-assigning a PSA to them or by buying some shares from S-builder Co-Op to assign some PSAs to them and making sure you work closely with them.
