If you do not have money at all (but please, ask yourself first if you really do not have money to invest here or if you actually do not want this) then you should limit first to creating a huge team capable to invest monthly to keep the rank and make other team(s) which brings them profits. Afterwards, when you start creating some constant passive income, reinvest it or some of it monthly in qualifying on a higher level which brings you higher commissions.
