Basic in this business (as in every business) is make a good, active, strong and powerfull team of people who thinks like us and wants the same things. If somebody wants than will do anything do get it.
We need to lead by example. Only by example. Not with words. We can talk, talk and talk but if we do nothing our team do nothing. If we do everything they will do 20% of our everything.
Duplication is key. Repeat it and go duplicate yourself, your doing, your success. Work with your team. Don't be miser. Learn them all what you know about internet marketing, about ads, making website, etc.
