Start by analyzing your own efforts. Are you approaching SFI the right way? List what you do to succeed in SFI then share that list with your team.
Teach your team SFI basics and as you grow, share with them what you are doing daily to improve. If you learn something new, share that with them.
Teach your team members to communicate with you on a regular basis. Reach out to them. Do not wait for them to reach out to you. Let them know you are available if they need help. But telling them this is not enough. Look at their versa points ledger and see where they might need help and offer them help and suggestions.
When you tell them the SFI basics-keep it as simple as possible so they can in turn, teach their team members. Show them why it is good for them to become an Executive Affiliate-do not just tell them to do that. They need to understand how the SFI business works. Refer them to the Compensation plan and the Earnings calculator so they see the big picture. Show them how to achieve EA status and how to maintain it. Let them know about standing orders but also show them how they can log in daily to earn versa points, and how they can win versa points by entering the Daily Grand and the new games available in SFI.
If they are on a tight budget teach them how to buy one t credit to get 102 versa points and how 126 MRPs can be used to buy one t credit. As simple as this sounds you are teaching them how to survive when the going gets rough, especially financially. Do not assume they know. Teach them because there is a lot to learn here.
Lead by example. Show them that you are logging in daily and explain the importance of consistently logging in, not just to gain those valuable VersaPoints, but also to achieve discipline in their business dealings.
Explain why you do what you do. For example, don't just tell them to do ASK SC ratings but show them that learning on a daily basis will help them to become good leaders themselves. As they improve their leadership skills they will better understand how to teach duplication. Even more important, they will be leading by example.
if you notice that a team member is not logging in as often as they use to, find out why. Let your team understand that you care about them, not just about your own SFI business. You care that they succeed and you care about their happiness on a daily basis. They are not just business partners to you-they have become a part of your SFI family.
Remember to inspire and motivate your team members as often as possible. Try not to be stingy with praise or tangible awards. Think of what you like about your upline or about someone you hold in high esteem and make sure you treat your team members the way you would like to be treated. You do not want them to become dependent in the sense of not trying for themselves to achieve but at the same time you need to find out their needs and do your best to help them to succeed. Whatever it takes, be willing to do it for your team. If you cannot help in a particular way be honest about it, but do not ignore their questions or requests. You are building relationships with your downline. If you are here to succeed without building relationships you have joined the wrong business. Your happiness will come not just from you arriving at your destination in terms of building a successful business, but it will also come from the knowledge that you are helping others to achieve their dreams.
Duplication involves all these factors and more. When you have mastered the art of duplication you will have mastered how to live not just with your SFI family, but with others in general. Set high goals for yourself and share and teach others to strive for the same. All the best, my SFI family!
