All you can do is be an awesome sponsor: (1) Follow the dos and dont's of being an awesome sponsor; (2) Lead by example; (3) Communicate (4) Assist; and (5) Identify the workers and mentor them. Further always renew your pool of affiliates as regularly as you can so as to increase your number of workers quickly - Just remember that many are called by few are chosen - focus on the chosen few and duplication will take care of itself.
