I don't believe that you can assure that the people you sponsor adopt the discipline of duplication. But you can do everything possible to make this the likely outcome of your daily, weekly and monthly mentoring to your team. The more structure you build into the processes that you use to guide and train your team, the easier it is for them to follow.
If it is easy to follow then you increase the likelihood of them adopting and duplicating this training whithin their downlines.
