If the team members are fresh to the concept of Duplication , as a team leader you have to explain them what it is. How did you duplicate your sponsor. You need to have more and more communication with such members to make them understand the duplication. May be you can explain them the power of duplication by sending them an ebook about duplication.
now once they understand what duplication means, and when they start co-relating each and every action of yours and identify them that these actions are part of YOUR DUPLICATION of your sponsor, they duplication will happen automatically.
