Firstly you have to lead by example. You cannot expect someone to do something that you are not doing.
Secondly, direct them to SFI Compensation plan and ask if they understood it. Provide additional explanation if needed.
Thirdly, point them out to Marketing aids and techniques and provide additional assistance with it if needed.
And finally and most importantly, do not get disappointed if just a few of those you have sponsored make it. That is just reality of life. Just carry on and diamonds will show up eventually.
