How do I assure that duplication happens in those I sponsor?
Here is what I do and all the PSA that got active still are.When I greet my PSA I let him/her know first about me what I expect and inspire them for the same way I did it he/she can.
My favorite phrase is "I know you can do it" . Any person who made the decision to enroll here deserve the chance to make it possible, and it is, as long as you try.I always tell them this is work Not a job.So you get what you put in.I do not bribe my PSAs for I do not want dependents so I am leaving my gift certificates to later.I tell straight up front you cannot make money without spending money no what occupation you take you have to invest in it to see true progress.My gift certificates would not be baste on reaching EA2 it would more be based on them getting first 2-3 PSAs to EA.This gives more competition to me for I know this is a challenge so to me this would really show me if they really learn anything while I was duplicating them for you see "seeing is believing" just prove it 'and of course my little phrase "I know you can"
In terms of team building for my whole team I intend to do coop of mostly traffic to gateways.Like that package here that I am praying is still on by the 10th of next month.
I believe in the "Best I can be" so assure a duplicate of me I need to have great communication lines open.I never got a welcome from my leader I do not get tips from my leader I find they send you links there is no description there are like ROBOT messages.For I do not understand them.I have a great mentor here in a2a and he helps my if I email him for advice he reply before 24hrs.I tried my sponsor but he like he does not understand me or he is very busy.I do not wait for my PSA to contact me I contact them daily even if it is only to wish them a Great Day.This is the role of a leader to make sure every thing is in place.If you see them trying to reach for too high a leader let them know truth don't let them continue for your gain for this is not fair.Always let them know it better EARN your leader status than to BUY it.It's much cheaper too!!
So to make sure duplication happens you must open the door breakdown the wall.Make a gateway for communication!!!
To assure my duplication is success which is no accident.It's hard work,perseverance,learning,studying,sacrifice and most of all my love for what I am doing!!
