As a sponsor and co-sponsor to your affiliates, you got an access on their individual VP Ledger and can monitor their individual activities including the number of affiliates they have sponsored in their businesses. If there is no movement in their VPs or number of recruits, it is your responsibility to mentor them how they would earn action points and where they can advertise for free.
