On the other hand, you CAN do everything in your power to teach your downline how to gain the same knowledge you have! Be in close contact with them their first week or so, guiding them to the well of information available to them, make suggestions for things they can do to help themselves, point them to the Path of Success. Share your SFI adventures with them, successes as well as failures, so they know how to get over the bumps in the road.
By being the best Sponsor you can learn to be, and sharing it all with your team, helping whenever you are needed, you CAN assure that they are properly equipped to duplicate. From that point on, it is only in their, and God's, hands; it is solely up to them whether they duplicate (succeed) or not!
