You can only run your business on autopilot to a point. You still must come every day to clear red tabs, do the other regular tasks to maintain your rank.
Once you get your team established, they will mostly (hopefully!!) be self-sufficient so you may concentrate on training newbies, advertising, blogging, updating, etc.
While your team continues to duplicate itself, you can let them more or less take care of themselves, but I believe there are too many other aspects that require pretty routine care-taking, so I doubt seriously if very much of your business will run effectively on autopilot! You may be able to spend some less time tending it, but it will always need your hand on the wheel, guiding...
