You can set up your SFI business to run on "autopilot", but it takes putting in a strong time commitment and a financial commitment at the onset.
The fist couple of months you are going to want to study everything about SFI. Log in every day to get every available action VP, participate in the forum, and familiarize yourself with TripleClicks.
While you are doing this, you will need to be doing a lot of advertising and even buying PSA's because you will need to have at least 10 EA2's or above. before you can even consider taking time away. Actually, the more the better for your purposes.
You will also need to put in a standing order for 2000+ VP and be certain that the payment source is funded properly each month.
Once you have reached these goals, your business will function with very minimal input from you each month. You will maintain the status of Bronze Team Leader as long as each of you EA2's or above maintain EA2 status each month.
I have timed doing the daily actions several times. I can complete these in less than 10 minutes on most days. Because it helps me keep an eye on the health of my business, and gives me extra VP, I do this everyday.
If you can spare 10 minutes a day and a little extra one day a week, you can achieve the same status with just 5 solid EA's in your organization because your daily, weekly and monthly actions give you about 495 VP each month.
