I don't think it's a good idea to set an autoresponder simply because part of our job, both team leading and generating sales, is to build trust with our clients.
For PSA's, autoresponder may show that you don't care enough to respond personally in both cases mail and blog.
As far as TC sales are concerned, You always need to give a quick and personal response so customer wouldn't lose interest.
In our business, we need to check our e-mail at least every 2-3 hours to keep aour clients interested, both PSA's and PRM.
