Firstly, don't rush yourself. You need time to get to grips with SFI. There are a lot to learn about the business. Study all the Launch Pad Lessons thoroughly. Read the Tips, Blogs, News and Forums and copy and paste it to build your own Info Base.
Secondly, don't try to become Team Leader. Build up a good knowledge base first. You must be able to lead a team before going on to that point. Plus you need to have a team first. Learn>Sponsor>Lead.
Thirdly, don't chase VersaPoints. Don't use up all your free actions just for the sake of generating as much VersaPoints as fast as possible. Just do the necessary Getting Started Actions to get 500VP within 24 hours for Fast Track ( you get 200 extra free VP just for that) and then your Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions and your 30 Launch Pad Lessons for the other 800VP necessary to become EA in your first month. Then you'll have more for the next month to reach EA again more easily.
