This is my sixth month working with SFI and I still have several challenges, but I will mention only two.
The first one has been and still is to find a way to motivate inactive PSAs and CSAs!
Everyone of us is facing the fact that the most of our down-lines are lazy or just has come here with the wrong idea that they will become rich over the night. When it's not happening, they quit.
Well, I understand that I can not force them to start working - this is their call, but maybe I can say or do a little something to make them more passionate.
That's why I do regular week tasks sending rather short then too long messages in optimistic spirit. I also see -- people who are ready to invest the time and energy, they will do it anyway and be thankful for your efforts.
The second one is finding new and fresh ideas for advertising.
Success of this business is in effective advertising and many of us are using the same methods. As to the fact that I live in pretty small European country the market is full...so many clicks (I am following them with Hit tracking), but no results. I do not know why is that, but I have already decided to start finding and using some new approaches to it very soon.
