From what I see new affiliates should not commit themselves to this if they don't take this as a real business. Although it is a gift they should have and maintain the attitude that it is going to take work to get where I need and want to be.
If they gain the attitude that I can get fired if I don't do my job, and believe just that, then they may go very far in this business. I am finding out that patience and everyday work is beginning to pay off. My attitude is this: If this is what I'm seeing now, imagine two, three years from now! Then all I can say after that thought is WOW!
