To me the greatest challenge to success at SFI was motivation to keep going.
How I overcame this challenge, was to understand that I cannot let the actions of others determine if I will realize my dreams or not.
Success or failure would be entirely up to me at SFI.
I keep my goals and dreams clearly before me. I refuse to give up or give in to my feelings. (as they are so fickle) I keep putting one foot in front of the other, day after day. Now I know success will surely come.
The performance or non-performance of my team members, up-line leaders or occasional set-backs along the way cannot demotivate or deter me from my goal now.
In fact, I now use this focus to motivate and fire up the rest of my team as well.
