Hi! I think that the first month of joining SFI should be the time for learning, reading, and doing the actions that brings enough Versa Points for E365 challenge and getting the EA status.
So they shouldn't start with advertising at the beginning and they should not run into marketing or buying something before they are capable to learn others about this job at least about important things and before they understand the meaning of TC store.
That's why there are 30 training lessons, and the first step lessons. They should reach fast track for getting bonus 200 VP and they should surly calculate how to get enough VP for EA without spending them all in the first month because they'll need them in the second month.
There is not rush to have their own PSA-s before they have learned and prepared enough.
