My greatest single challenge in SFI was that I needed to study SFI like a real business. At first, it seemed like a "side-show." It appeared as something that I was doing as fun, but then I realized that if I am going to really make a difference in my own life and those around me, I need to start trying to see this as a legitimate business.
I started taking my daily VP seriously. I have over 6-month streak for my daily VP's. Everyday, I have made it a habit, to check in on my business. The other thing that I do is check the pulse of my business, now. What I mean by that is that I check how my team is doing. I understand that if they are not doing well, it inevitably means that I am not going to be doing well either.
The last thing that I will mention that I do is I look for more ways to achieve success with SFI. I see that this company, SFI, is not my "end," but rather is the means to the end. I see it as a vehicle to get me where I am trying to go - therefore, it is my job to always keep before me new ways to expand my business and grow my people. That's how I have overcome...
