I recently sent my CSAs a Team Mail stating the benefits of referring TC products. I basically stated they will earn VP and commissions on every TC product they refer to friends, family or their acquaintances. If they see there is a great benefit to them, they will be more likely to complete the action.
You cannot force anyone to do anything, but by providing them with the knowledge and the benefit side, they will be more apt to follow through on your advice. I don't even mention the fact it will help me in any way; it is all about getting them motivated and seeing the SFI opportunity. If I were to mention the fact it helps me, they would be much less likely to promote other products.
Social networking opens up a whole new audience for product referrals; by suggesting your affiliates utilize the power of SN you will be helping them increase their VP and commissions. It is all about making your team successful; your benefits will come later.
