In my opinion New Affiliates should focus their energy in the first month learning all there is to know about SFI. There is a lot of reading and understanding before you can successfully lead a group.
You will know when you are ready to proceed further with recruiting as well as creating your standing order so you can focus your time on advertising, to get new recruits.
You will then need to focus on leading your flock, some will respond and some won't but the main think is that you never give up.
