In the first month I don't think that a new affiliate should try to enroll persons since they themselves have just joined. They don't know enough to be able to pass on to them. As a leader your downline will refer to you at some point to seek your assistance. As a team leader you should lead by example. There is no rush in enrolling persons because joined with the intention on staying so you always start from the second month.
