First, new affiliates should not hurry in this business. They have to learn in the beginning, what, why, how and why not.
They shouldn't recruit for PSA-s, until they don't unterstand the essence of SFI. And that takes time (for some of them days, for some weeks). They got to learn the basics before they can teach anybody how to be successful here.
I always recommend for my new PSA-s not to hurry to achieve EA status. If they rush to get it in first month, without investment, they got to shoot out the Launchpad lessons. I tell them to read those lessons, but not to answer the questions. Let it for next month. In that case, they can achieve EA in second month, EA2 in third, and then (if they don't want ot invest) maybe will have earnings to reinvest THAT in his bisiness.
