Hello... This is a great question. I think the biggest thing for new affiliates not to do their first month is to give up and get discouraged. It is our job as sponsors to encourage them, but also not make them feel overwhelmed at the same time. I reward my new PSAs for making FastTrack, making EA, signing up for WAVE3, becoming an A2A member, etc... For the "workers" this seems to encourage them to keep on and not to give up. Once they are active in their second month I then reassign PSAs to them so they have a team.
