There are exceptions where an affiliate makes it on their own no matter what, but in 90% of the cases Affiliates will do nothing. In 9 % they will try to follow your lead and in 1% you and I will be learning from them.

I want my affiliates to do what I do, duplication. In duplication the first and foremost important item is that the mold, the original that is being duplicated is exactly what you want.
I have a friend who just joined as an ECA. He sells handcrafted rings. BUt these rings are molded after sports teams and various events. On his first ring he invests a lot of money. He has an artist craft the ring in a drawing, then they work on making a mold. It takes 2 to 3 moldings to get the ring right. This process takes several weeks. But once the mold is right, you can duplicate 50 to 100 rings a day.
Our Affiliates are duplicating us. We need to be the best possible example, mentor and friend. They need to be able to trust us, and thus be trustworthy. They must not wait forever to heard from us because we are just too lazy to get back to them, then they will be reliable and hard working. They must know we keep our promises, and they will keep theirs.
The most benefit you can hope for is the same as what you see when you look in the mirror.
Lets be our best that each affiliate may be his best.
