This is a very interesting question indeed.
We have to be careful when responding to such people. Some ask because they just want to discourage other interested people around.
We at SFI, are not a fly by night team, so getting reach quick is not are "motto".
We work together effectively to reach the top.
Everyone is participating in this, you don't sleep and wake up rich the following day.

You must politely tell them that when they join the team, they must expect to work and earn.
