I have often been asked ,,When will i take the first money? How much will they pay me?" from people who saw my blog but didn't even register yet. When they hear that is not possible to earn easy money in short time period they don't even register. Well, i would say thank you to them. Because SFI Genealogy is not about quantitative but qualitative affiliates.
For the ones who are already registered I try to motivate them to start working or to work and learn harder. Ambitious people is what you need and they can be motivated by telling them the realistic situation.
I am telling to my Affiliates to be patient and hard working, to learn the insights of the business. It takes time to learn the products, to get to know the marketing activities, to improve their leadership ability. With the necessary knowledge gained they can develop a strategy plan for their business to become successful.
It is very important to accent the fact that SFI provides the Affiliates the opportunity to learn and to succeed but only if they are persistent and patient. One should work every day, think long-term and never, but never quit.
