I talk/mail prospeccts and affiliates giving details of activities they need to do to achieve minimum ranking and in the meanwhile do other activities like advertisements where s/he can sell her/his stuff at a genuine price. I ask them to be persistent and not to rush as this makes the foundation weak. One cannot dram of a castle on weak foundation. I always give them my example that how patiently I am building my castle while maintaining my rank and progressing towards earning good money.
