For this answer I'll suppose that you want to set up a WordPress based blog.

I would recommend that, no mater what route you take, you purchase and setup your own domain and hosting. Let's say you buy domain "chidinmaogoke.com".

If you go the "two blogs" route I'd recommend the following setup:

http://chidinmaogoke.com (Front page, containing your personal blog or whatever you want. It also links to both of your blogs)
http://sfi.chidinmaogoke.com (Your SFI blog)
http://tc.chidinmaogoke.com (your TC blog)

For the "single blog" route I'd setup as follows:

http://chidinmaogoke.com (as above)
http://chidinmaogoke.com/sfi (SFI part of your blog)
http://chidinmaogoke.com/tc (TC part of your blog)

I personally lean towards the second setup, one blog with separate sections for SFI and TC.

Best of all! No matter what route you choose you can do redirection.

Let's say you choose "one blog" approach. You would then redirect http://sfi.chidinmaogoke.com to point to http://chidinmaogoke.com/sfi. Then do the same for TC portion

Now, when someone enters http://sfi.chidinmaogoke.com he will be redirected to SFI part of your blog.

And last, but not least, if you choose "two blogs" route, you should interlink all portions of your website to point to one another.
