The prospects you recruit yourself will be the ones you can put straight from the start.
When you do your marketing to attract affiliates - do not tell them it is easy quick money - they have to know that they will have to work for it and be patient.
Personally I would rather attract one hardworking quality affiliate with realistic expectations a month than a thousand sign ups that is going to disappear as soon as they realize it's not quick, easy money.
Be honest from the start and you will not have to deal with those unrealistic expectations.
