As far as my opinion is concerned, to run a company or to lead a team, one should have true and clear characteristics and unless you have those, then you are nowhere. SFI is like our joint family and to sustain in this family, each and everybody should believe in true values and ethics.
Now, we can come to the point, and if you ask me about in what I do believe to become successful in this system and also to have good rapport with my downline members, friends and others, there are many and I would like to mention some of them as under:
1) Believe in yourself and in your potentials.
2) Be a good learner and never stop learning
3) Believe in simplicity and have the capacity to explain the matters in a simple and proper manner to your own team members and others.
4) Be true to yourself and be trustworthy.
5) Be honest and honor others.
6) Share the knowledge with others and become a good student when others suggest you better things.
7) Be respectful and respect others’ opinions and suggestions.
8) Believe in humbleness.
9) Believe in equality and treat everyone as equal and as our own people.
10) Be a role model and show to your team the ways you succeed and guide them to emulate.
11) Speak in a gentle and polite manner.
12) Be available to your team always for all the guidance and help them way you can.
13) Be in constant touch with your team so that they will know, you care for them.
14) Show your credibility with fewer words but with more deeds and actions.
15) Believe in hard work and be hard working.
Those are the main things I do believe and I follow them always. I may not be the best but certainly not the least too because I believe and I believe in certain good principles and values.
If you can mix all those values together and present yourself in a better way, then why not, you will be the best. Ultimately, not to be cheered by praise, not to be grieved by blame, but to know thoroughly one's own virtues or powers are the characteristics of an excellent man.
