Well, here is a list of what i think you need:
Patience - it takes time to get there (where you want to be) and to make some good money.
Discipline, determination and consistency - you have to be there and do something on a daily basis.
Inter-personal skills - you need to work with other people in a team, be a great team player, work with your upline, downline, ECAs and a2a friends.
Generosity - be generous with your knowledge; share what you know with others and your money too; give out a few gifts (with some bit of caution though)! if you are mean, I donot think you will be so successful.
Honesty and Integrity - This is key in any business for it to develop, be honest with yourself, your friends and your downline.
