This is very common question and there will be lots of similar answers here.
I would highlight the way I focus my work to get Action VP.
1. VP Ledger is my daily checklist/reminder. Every single day I go through it and see if I missed/overlooked anything from it.
2. Related to the above I do my DAILY, WEEKLY,MONTHLY actions.
3. I develop and encourage my downline to move up the ladder so I get LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT VP (Action VP)
4. I submit answers to ASK SC hoping that I will be selected and awarded with Action VP
5. I set up an SO 125TCredits so they turn to 125 Action VP when bid on TC.
6. I play TTime for the same reason - 1TCredit-1 bid-1Action VP
7. I play PTP for the same reason
8. I make sure that I have max.number of entries for Daily Grand - you can earn up to 200VP (Action)
9. As BTL I also get 12TCredits monthly - that is another 12 VP when bid.
This list is not exhaustive but this is how I get my Action VP.
